SALATIGA, August 1, 2026 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA) will host the International Visiting Lecturer 2026, an international academic forum to be held online via Zoom Meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 08:30 to 11:30 AM (UTC+7 / Jakarta Time). The program reflects a shared commitment to strengthening international academic collaboration in response to the rapid advancement of technology.
Held under the theme “Emerging Technologies and Their Applications in Education, Science, and Data Analytics,” the event will bring together lecturers, researchers, students, and professionals to discuss the latest developments in emerging technologies and their applications across education, science, and data analytics. The forum aims to foster knowledge exchange, encourage innovation, and strengthen global academic networks.
The program is hosted by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA) in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. As the Event Host, the Meira Visi Persada Foundation, represented by PT Sinergi Ilmiah Indonesia (PT SILINDO), supports the overall implementation of the event, while Universitas PGRI Silampari (UNPARI) and Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) serve as Co-Hosts.
In addition to keynote lectures and interactive discussions, the event will feature a Special Session highlighting the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and an Implementation Arrangement (IA). These agreements are expected to strengthen long-term academic partnerships and create opportunities for joint research, international conferences, visiting lecturer programs, student mobility, and scientific publications.
The International Visiting Lecturer 2026 is open to lecturers, researchers, students, education professionals, and the general public. Participants will receive a range of benefits, including an e-certificate, opportunities for international academic networking, interactive discussion sessions, presentation materials (subject to the speakers’ approval), as well as event documentation and recording.
Through this initiative, the organizers aim to strengthen academic collaboration between higher education institutions, promote knowledge sharing across borders, and contribute to the advancement of education, research, and innovation in the era of digital transformation.
