URINDO AGE Summit 2026 Highlights Sustainable Livelihoods and Digital Inclusion Through International Academic Forum

Salatiga, 2026 – Universitas Respati Indonesia (URINDO), in collaboration with Yayasan Meira Visi Persada, successfully organized the URINDO AGE Summit 2026 (Aging, Growth & Entrepreneurship Summit), an international multidisciplinary academic conference attended by scholars, researchers, practitioners, and participants from various countries.

The summit was held in celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Universitas Respati Indonesia, the 25th Anniversary of the Master of Hospital Administration (MARS) Program, and Indonesia’s National Elderly Day.

Carrying the theme:
“A Multidisciplinary Approach to Sustainable Livelihoods & Digital Inclusion,”
the conference served as a global platform for discussing issues related to aging societies, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, social wellbeing, and sustainable inclusive development across generations.

The event was officially opened by the Head of Yayasan Pendidikan Respati, Dr.(C). Tiwi Nurhastuti, SE., M.Kom, and attended by the Rector of Universitas Respati Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Cicilia Windiyaningsih, SKM., M.Kes, the Head of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Dr. Ns. URINDO AGE Summit 2026 featured distinguished keynote and plenary speakers from internationally recognized institutions across Japan, Malaysia, India, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates.

The international speakers included:

  • Prof. Takeo Ogawa, Ph.D from the Fukuoka Council for Designing Society in Aging Asia, Japan
  • Prof. Dr. Hamdan Daniel from Innovative University College, Malaysia
  • Dr. Mageswari Ranjanthran from Sunway Business School, Malaysia
  • Dr. Kavita Tiwari from Divine Sansar, United Arab Emirates
  • Dr. Tapas Pal from Raiganj University, India
  • Dr. Paweł Struś from the University of the National Education Commission, Poland

Throughout the keynote and plenary sessions, speakers discussed various strategic topics including productive aging, digital transformation, smart business management, AI and digital inclusion, as well as multidisciplinary collaboration for sustainable community development. The conference also involved presenters and participants from numerous national and international universities, including Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia, Universitas Pamulang, Management & Science University Malaysia, and many others. Overall, a total of 258 participants actively took part in this conference.

In addition to the main sessions, the event continued with parallel sessions where the presenters were divided into 8 panel rooms. These sessions showcased various academic research findings and innovations from researchers as well as practitioners.

Through this conference, Universitas Respati Indonesia aims to strengthen international academic networks, encourage cross-border research collaboration, and promote innovative solutions to future social and digital challenges. The summit concluded with the announcement of the Best Paper and Best Presenter awards as recognition of outstanding academic contributions presented during the conference. Through the successful organization of URINDO AGE Summit 2026, Universitas Respati Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to advancing knowledge, innovation, and global collaboration toward a more inclusive and sustainable society.
